I have walked on our light hardwood floors with an orthopedic shoe for 6 weeks and left black marks everywhere. Heaven’s was kind enough to send out a technician to be sure the marks would remove (They were confident they would). They did and they did a fantastic job cleaning all of our hardwood floors as well as much of our carpeting. Would not go elsewhere in the future.
They were also amazingly accommodating when we had to move the time back 4 hours the day before scheduled.

Heavens Best crew came and shampooed carpet in three bedrooms. Their black light shocked me by showing the number of urine “accidents” from my senior pup😱
They worked very hard but, after drying, more spots appeared. I contacted them for advice and he came and worked on the areas again.
The professionalism and courtesy from each of these folks were impressive and so much appreciated! Due to limitations, I can no longer shampoo carpets so its wonderful to have a positive experience. Please, try them!!!!

Heaven’s best came out to clean the grout in my large entryway and downstairs mudroom area & guest bath. The tile is very light with very light grout and was heavily stained from the winter dirt and melt from shoes and our dogs, they got all of the staining out of the grout and put a sealant on it to help it clean up better. They were reasonably priced and I am incredibly pleased with the results. They have also helped me with cleaning and stain removal on a light colored in my office and it turned out perfect, looked like brand new I highly recommend their services whether it be carpet upholstery or tile grout.

Making the appointment online was easy and upfront pricing was clear. The gentleman who came in to do the work was on time, very friendly, and did a great job addressing the areas of concern on the floors, while using his time efficiently. My floors had lost their shine, but after he finished, the shine is back! I would absolutely recommend Heaven’s Best, and they’ll be the 1st place I call when I have future cleaning needs. [Ben Campbell] (0:03): Hello and welcome to today’s Community Spotlight where I introduce local companies I know, trust and introduce them to you. I’m your host Ben Campbell and today I’m here with Andrew Palmer with Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning. Andrew’s my B&I with me, great guy, trust him, so I wanted to do a Community Spotlight. So, Andrew, how did you get into this business?

[Andrew Palmer] (0:23): So, I know the owner from church and he hired me when I was early teens to do some work around this house. And he saw that I was a good worker and hired me on to the company when I was 14.

[Ben Campbell] (0:37): He couldn’t get out of it, he just kept sucking you back in. That’s like me too, man, I know I’m with you.

[Andrew Palmer] (0:42): So, I’ve been, 10 years ago is when I started as a helper and now I manage the acreage area.

[Ben Campbell] (0:48): Fantastic. You’re only 24?

[Andrew Palmer] (0:50): I’m 24.

[Ben Campbell] (0:51): Whoa, wow, you’re young.

[Andrew Palmer] (0:54): Yeah.

[Ben Campbell] (0:54): Okay, what’s one thing everyone should know about hiring you?

[Andrew Palmer] (0:59): So, when you hire us, we have a really big focus on the customer. You guys are the most important and we make sure that our quality and our standards are above and beyond. So that when we show up and do the work, everybody’s satisfied with how we treated them and how we perform the work that you hired us to do.

[Ben Campbell] (1:19): Fantastic, really awesome, awesome, awesome. So, it goes a little bit off the other one, but what’s unique about your company?

[Andrew Palmer] (1:28): So, I would say the main thing is just our system is so different from every other company. It lets it dry in an hour and with that, we help people get back to their lives a lot quicker. They’re not waiting for their carpet to dry, there’s no mold issues, spots don’t come back. And if they do, which is fairly rare, we come back for free and we take care of it.

[Ben Campbell] (1:53): That’s nice. The biggest thing I heard there too is dries in an hour.

[Andrew Palmer] (1:57): Yes.

[Ben Campbell] (1:59): That alone is like, that is gold.

[Andrew Palmer] (2:01): Yep, it’s unique.

[Ben Campbell] (2:03): Yeah, that’s pretty awesome. Okay, my favorite question, what is your favorite movie?

[Andrew Palmer] (2:10): That is a really good question.

[Ben Campbell] (2:11): Go on.

[Andrew Palmer] (2:12): I actually really like the 18.

[Ben Campbell] (2:15): Okay.

[Andrew Palmer] (2:15): The newer one.

[Ben Campbell] (2:16): Yeah, I haven’t seen that one yet, so I’ll have to watch it.

[Andrew Palmer] (2:19): Okay, it’s a good movie.

[Ben Campbell] (2:20): Okay.

[Andrew Palmer] (2:20): But typically, any action adventure type movies, they’re good to go.

[Ben Campbell] (2:25): 90s action films are some of my favorite movies too. Just like the cheesy classic, like just car blowing up and just like, I love those.

[Andrew Palmer] (2:32): You can’t go wrong with those.

[Ben Campbell] (2:33): No, no. Okay, and what’s the best way for them to reach you?
