[Ben Campbell] (0:02): Hello and welcome to today’s Community Spotlight, where I introduce local companies I know and trust and introduce them to you. I’m Ben Campbell, your host, and today I’m here with Amanda at Cange Group. So, Amanda, how did you get into this business?

[Amanda] (0:17): Well, after a 12-year career in healthcare, I decided to jump ship. I went back to school and finished my business degree. I was trained and UAA came up with the Widener Property Management and Real Estate Program. So, I elected to do that and I guess the rest is kind of history with that. I did my internship with Cange Group starting, I think, 2014 and the rest is history.

[Ben Campbell] (0:42): 10 years?

[Amanda] (0:43): 10 years.

[Ben Campbell] (0:43): Wow, cool. What’s one thing everyone should know about hiring or using your business?

[Amanda] (0:51): I feel like we’re a boutique property management service, meaning that we’re always accessible. There’s a small group of us, there’s four property managers in our group, and we’re accessible 24-7. You don’t get an 800 number to punch through all the things or never reach a property manager and we pride ourselves on our ecosystem.

[Ben Campbell] (1:19): So, I can call you at 2 in the morning?

[Amanda] (1:20): Yeah.

[Ben Campbell] (1:21): Okay.

[Amanda] (1:21): Just call me twice.

[Ben Campbell] (1:23): Yeah, I got you, and if you can hear all the background noise, we are at Get Air. What’s it called?

[Amanda] (1:29): Fly Trampoline Park.

[Ben Campbell] (1:30): Fly Trampoline Park right now. So, it’s a little loud. It goes a little bit off the question before, what’s unique about Cange Group?

[Amanda] (1:39): I guess that.

[Ben Campbell] (1:41): The boutique style, the smaller.

[Amanda] (1:43): It’s a local brokerage.

[Ben Campbell] (1:46): Okay, legit. Alright, this is my favorite one. What is your favorite movie?

[Amanda] (1:51): Donnie Darko.

[Ben Campbell] (1:52): Really?

[Amanda] (1:53): Yeah.

[Ben Campbell] (1:54): I mean, that’s a great movie, but I haven’t seen that movie probably since.

[Amanda] (1:58): In 30 years?

[Ben Campbell] (1:59): Yeah. I mean, it was high school when I watched it. That’s a different movie. Yeah, it’s a good one though. Donnie Darko, wow. Okay, and what’s the best way for them to reach you or get a hold of you?
